SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free in Australia. Overseas purchases will need to add shipping charges and fees. All items will be sent with tracking.
A verification email will be sent to the customer that the item arrived. Please let us know that you received your purchase and that the product was not damaged during shipping, especially amber jewellery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that Baltic amber does have natural cracks and inconsistencies. If an item has broken in transit shipping please let us know and we will replace it. If the exact amber shape is not available another similar item can be made to suit.
If you are dissatisfied with the product for another reason please email your query to maramoorejewellery@gmail.com with your issue and you will be able to receive either a replacement product or a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
